- I live in Northern California with Jam Guy, my husband and best friend. We spend our days cooking, eating well, gardening, and playing house in the 1905 cottage we bought last year. The house is fantastic; the quarter-acre garden is our big exciting project. When I am not pulling weeds, planting seeds, and picking fruit, I am reveling in being newlywed to an amazing person and working hard at building a career in a field I love.

ummm....there are a million things that you can do with spam. i can't imagine that this is one of them.
which reminds me...R and I have new pet names for each other. she's still calling me bagaoong (the really stinky shrimp paste that chinese and filipinos use), but i've started calling her spam jelly.
